It’s my goal to help you make your work and rituals energizing instead of draining.

Many of us have big dreams but either get stuck planning or work so hard on our passions that we feel burned out. This stress can take the joy out of what we do. I assist individuals and teams in creating structure for their work and rituals, allowing you to rest and find a rhythm that builds your self-trust. By understanding and embracing your unique qualities and skills, you can create a fulfilling flow, recover from burnout, and focus on what truly matters to you.

I focus on working with creatives — whether you’re creating a new team, new family, or are working with your relationship with yourself.

There are no magic answers to guide you on your creative journey.

Just frameworks and knowledge to make this experience more aligned and enjoyable.

We are all creatives. Whether we are creating art, writing, families, homes, spreadsheets, or classrooms, we spend so much of our day creating. It’s about time we create in a way that works best for us.

I am a creative human being, not an expert or authority. I am a mentor, using my lived experience to share tools and frameworks that have been incredibly helpful on my creative journey. They’ve helped me better understand myself and the work I aim to do, getting clear focus and intention so I can craft what I’ve always meant to do.

I believe:

  • We are all creatives.

  • Creativity heals all.

  • We are always becoming more of ourselves.

  • It’s all a phase.

  • You don’t have to deserve something.

  • Going outside will make it better.

My philosophy on creativity:

You are a creative, no matter what you are creating. And that creativity ebbs and flows; it takes and it gives. Creating can be exhausting and backbreaking; it can be a life-giving salve.

We often give so much of ourselves until we are depleted, burnt out, exhausted.

But there’s another way to be creative. To listen to your inherent wisdom, learning your cues to rest, to seek something new, to drive forward, and to pull back.

To create in alignment with your innermost strengths, and to collaborate with others joyfully.

To view creativity as a blessing, not a curse. To know your limits and leave something left in the tank, so you’re always ready to catch the next wave of inspiration.

A few reasons you might enjoy working with me:

Realistic and human-first

In all my work, I ask if this will work for you. It’s my aim to hold space that meets folks where they are, enabling them to take what works for them and leave what doesn’t, and enable confidence over fear. I’ll never tell you what you should or shouldn’t do, only offering suggestions and tools. You are the authority on what works for you

trauma-informed approach

I work to honor others’ lived experiences, and recognize they are different from my lived experiences. I aim to use objective frameworks that are adaptable to different types of lived experiences in all my work, and avoid prescriptive statements and ideas. I come to interactions from a lens of empathy and respect, and am not going to sell you something I don’t have the experience to promise or speak on.

Focus on creativity

Speaking of lived experiences, I come from my background as a creative, business owner, and strategist. I use the Enneagram, Creating Cyclically framework, and other objective tools that are adaptable to different interactions and expereinces. My work is a great fit for fellow creatives looking to establish more intentionality and balance in their work.
