Holding space for movement, mindfulness, and preparation that supports you in the transition of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.
Who is Mama Moon?
My name is Anna Beyerle Rosen. I’m a pre and postnatal yoga teacher and childbirth educator, and aim to bring lenses of understanding, strategy, and care to the childbearing year. A time of great transition, I work with birthing people and their families to provide mentorship, education, and focus to this period of their lives. We’ll work together to learn new things, work through roadblocks, and prepare for what’s to come.
My qualifications:
Childbirth educator training (Birthing From Within — in progress)
200 hour yoga teacher training (Giving Tree Yoga Studio in Astoria, New York)
85 hour prenatal teacher training (Maha Mama in New York, New York)
Prenatal and postnatal anatomy yoga training (Bliss Baby)
Enneagram coach (Cloverleaf)
Mama Moon references the unique relationship between a birthing person and their child; like the earth and its satellite moon. Two distinct individuals who are always in one other’s orbit. Seasons and phases change, but the relationship holds steady.

What I believe:
Prepare, not predict—because birth and motherhood are fluid, not fixed.
Honor the messy middle—embracing the unknown and the transformation.
Balance knowledge with intuition—so you feel informed and confident.
Support, not prescribe—because your journey is uniquely yours.
This is your in-between. Let’s embrace it, together.
