Enneagram & Creative Coaching
For teams and creatives
Enneagram Coaching
For folks new or experienced in the Enneagram who are…
Feeling burnt out and exhausted, and aren’t sure how to get to the root cause
Looking to tap into their innate strengths and understand their unique superpowers at work
Hoping to tackle personal and professional development in alignment with their enneagram type
All clients will receive an Enneagram Quick Start Guide and educational resources to dive into before our first session. If you are brand new to the Enneagram, we’ll spend our first session parsing out your potential types and understanding how to best use the system.
Coaching can either be on a short- or long-term basis. There’s no minimum number of sessions, and sessions can be purchased a la carte or in packages.
Creative Coaching
For folks who are …
Stuck in a rut on their creative project
Feeling burnt out but still want to create
Lacking traction on some point in their creative journey, whether that’s brainstorming, iteration, action-taking, or promotion
Creative coaching is for anyone who creates things — which is all of us. Whether you’re creating art, words, spreadsheets, families, or food, you are a creative person.
Creative coaching follows my Cyclical Creativity framework, which we dive into after affirming your goals and intentions for our time together.
Coaching can either be on a short- or long-term basis. There’s no minimum number of sessions, and sessions can be purchased a la carte or in packages.
What is coaching?
I find it important to create shared definitions with my clients and ensure we are on the same page. There’s a lot of ways coaching is defined in the world, so let’s make sure we’re on the same page before moving forward:
Coaching is holding space.
Each coaching session is an hour dedicated to you. For you to talk through and process
Coaching is setting intentions and goals, and holding you accountable to them.
Coaching can be a short- or long-term commitment.
Coaching can be fun!
Coaching is not therapy.
They’re both important, and I’m a huge advocate for therapy. But that’s not what we are doing here, and I’m not equipped to offer therapy.
Within coaching sessions, it’s my goal to help coaching clients proactively set goals and intentions and step into the next phase of their lives and careers. As a solid rule of thumb, I believe coaching should be about tackling what’s next, not processing what has already occurred.
If you feel you need to tackle blocking beliefs and/or blocking traumas before stepping into that next phase, we may not be the best fit for one another. This is incredibly important, healing work to do, and based on my learned experience, tackling this deeper work within coaching can lead to additional harmful learned beliefs.
If you have questions about whether we’d be a good fit, let’s set up a chat!
Writing
I write about reconstructing the way we’ve always done things through nonfiction essays, blogs, and thinkpieces. Through my writing, I analyze creativity, pop culture, branding, and traditional labor practices. My absolute favorite part about writing is considering the rationale behind why norms exist, and turning over the possibilities of how to reinvent them.
